Support is available to the paying customers as well as anybody else. 

Over the years, we've switched to a more efficient model embodied in the chat widget that you see on your lower right-hand corner. 

It allows us to respond to your requests quickly and resolve them almost right away. Our response time is anything from 5 minutes to 1 hour, so rest assured that we'll get to your request almost right away.
