Point of Interest (Timestamps)

Points of interest or timestamps were a feature that was developed early on, but as the time went by it wasn't really used by our users. 

The main idea behind it is for a user to be able to tag an interesting moment in the video. So if Alan is talking about something interesting at 3:14, you should be able to tag that exact moment. Give it a title and save it for others to see. 

Nowadays, with the advent of modern technologies, this feature is kind of obsolete, but we kept it there just in case somebody feels like contributing.
