Account Reactivation

If we're not able to successfully charge you for the next billing period, your account is going to be deactivated.

This does not mean that the account is going to be deleted. It is only going to be inactive, so you won't be able to watch any content on our service. 

Reactivating the account is very easy; the system will prompt you to do so, either way.
