Hello. I Just watched the new video "Becoming One with the Instrument". I actually think everything Alan teaches helps a dn enables the pianist to become one with the instrument. I even say to my students, and to myself, that we need to be part of the instrument! That's what we are. When we are connectied organically to the instrument, we become physically part of that instrument. Do you agree?

Absolutely! I am teaching a young student and we took quite a bit of time in order to get to know the instrument, understand how it works but also find a way how to connect with it. Crawling before walking as Alan would say. :)
