WHEN plaing fingers 2 3 4 in a row,is it necessary to move the wrist a bit sideways so that it will be beind each finger? -if Im playing a scale and I wan to play it louder and louder, i tend to push my arm to the keys and I know that is wrong cause it hurts, then, how do I get the creshendo wihout pushing? -in Copin first Schezo,at the coda ,before the chromatic scale the right hand plays a B minor notes, should I move my hand sideways while playing this (towards the tumb at all time) cause the thumb is a shorter finger,or should I play it with a straght wrist? thanks a lot

The wrist should line up behind each finger in turn... but it must move flowingly from one position to the next. It is a VERY subtle movement, most people overdo it and thus destabilize themselves instead of helping themselves. To get a crescendo, DON'T PUSH more! Instead, activate your fingers more. Even lift them back like pulling a slingshot back, then launch them into the keys QUICKLY. This gives you bright, healthy sound with none of the banging that you get from pushing. Pushing compresses the hand's structure, which then starts to collapse. Your hand doesn't like it - so don't do it! AFF
