Where To Order DVD?

I'm wondering where to order the DVD. I sent some email I found on Maple Grove Productions, but was returned undeliverable. Is it true it ships from SERBIA????? Also I see some on Amazon, but way over $100.00!!! - what are those? Why isn't the DVD readily available? Thanks, Issy

Dear Issy, I thought I posted a reply to this query already, but now I see it never saw the light of day... We ship from Serbia because we are based in Serbia. I teach at the University of Novi Sad. If you would like to order the DVD, simply go to the top of this page and click on BUY DVD. It also sells on Amazon but for a ridiculously high price - I am not sure why they are trying to get so much money for it... So the DVD is completely readily available, no problemo! Thanks for your interest, AFF
