It is possible to play all day without pain if you're doing it right. I had lower back pain when younger. It was actually related to weak hands more than poor posture!
As for wrist position: higher wrist to play loud, lower to play soft.

WHAT DOES "WEAK HANDS" MEAN?

My hands didn't know how to stand up on th keyboard. They were overcollapsed. They felt and acted weak. My fingers didn't move enough, and so there was tension in my body trying to make up for this lack of activity in the hand itself. Of course it didn't work, hence the lower back pain.

so, for how long would you say it is possible sitting and practicing without getting up and feeling no back pain if the use of the body is right?

If you are doing right, you can play all the time without pain. If you have pains, it means your back is enduring too much, you should stand up for a while, and do some small exercises.
