Horowitz In London Video

I haven't seen this before in youtube: The video is quite clear. Unfortunately the image is distorted...... Anyone has any idea where I can find the DVD? It's not available in Hong Kong..... But I've to say his Chopin performance is rather.....bad.... maybe I just don't get it..... His usual precision isn't there when he plays fast. (see his Chopin ballade) The number of wrong notes is also on the high side for him.

He was supposedly highly medicated when he played these recitals but there is still much that is amazing. I remember watching the live broadcast. The Chopin Farewell Waltz as an encore was as if improvised - a miracle! But the G minor Ballade... this is one of the rare pieces I think that he struggled with all his life and never cracked open... And he said so himself... AFF
