When To Expect My DVD

I'M ANXIOUS!!! I really want to watch this DVD. after watching the demo on youTube. Maaaan.... I just really wanna watch it. How long will it take the DVD to get to me in California? I got the shipment notification on monday. Is there anyway I could track the item...? i DO know I'm far away. thanks.

We usually send DVD's by air mail and it takes aprox. 2 weeks for the DVD to arrive in the US. Thanks, Jovan

Hi, I have the same question about the dvd, how long will it take to arrive in Sweden? I ordered it 1 1/2 weeks and am very curious about it. Is there a way to check where it is at this moment with my order number? André

Hi Andreas, Your DVD will take longer than normal because something weird happened with the shipment. On Friday November 2, the Serbian post office notified us that a batch of DVD orders had been returned by the Serbian customs authorities because of certain irregularities in the customs declaration slips. We shipped that batch of DVD's in exactly the same manner as all the others we have sold since we opened in November 2006, but for some unknown reason they were turned back. Unfortunately your DVD was among those shipped in that batch. We sent your DVD out again several days ago, and so are confident that it will arrive in the next ten days. We offer our sincere apologies for this delay, and count this occasional snafu as one of the disadvantages of running a country out of a former Eastern Communist Bloc country (There are also advantages which I will not go into here.). That's very sad news, but nothing that anybody can do about. I will have to wait some more. Maybe an option for download the separate chapters for the people who ordered the DVD could be a nice option? Will help to pass the waiting time greetings, Andreas
