Dear Alan, I have a burning question:- What is the piece that you finish chapter 13 "Grasping at the Piano"? I thought it may be a Bach Prelude/Fugue, but I can't identify it. I must learn this piece ----- Please Help!!!! Regards EJR

It is the Bach-Busoni chorale prelude, originally written for organ and transcribed for piano. Careful, it's not easy! AFF

<<It is the Bach-Busoni chorale prelude, originally written for organ and transcribed for piano.>> Alan, Thank you so much for your reply! I'd listened to all the Gminor/Bflat preludes and fugues and had come here as a last resort. I've just been listening to the Paul Jacobs version, which whilst pleasant enough sounds 2-dimensional and emotionally flat compared to the extract you played... Yours is a 3-dimensional topographic emotional vista in comparison - if you haven't already, then you _must_ record it! <<Careful, it's not easy!>> Well that does it! I just have to have a go now... Many thanks EJR
