Buying DVD From France & Customs

Hello, I would very much like to buy the DVD (from ). I'm worried about customs though. If I understood correctly, the dvd will be sent by registered airmail from Serbia. What custom fees will incur for customers living in France ? To avoid those customs and shipping problem, will you propose in the near future to buy a downloadable version instead ? We have never had any customs complaints from our French customers... or from anybody in fact. This is because we ship the items as a private gift, thus avoiding the 30 euro customs charge that the SERBIAN customs would exact on us if we shipped commercially. There are certain drawbacks to living in Serbia, of which this is one... We have thought about a downloadable version, it's just that for the moment our company is so small that we don't have the manpower to actually implement the process of developing that product. While waiting for the dvd to arrive, I have ordered your first book "The craft of piano playing" on amazon France. I cannot find your other books on amazon France though, nor on any european amazon. Is there a reason why your other books can't be bought through amazon ?

You should be able to find both Honing and the Study Guide on Amazon.com. All Thumbs is not on there yet because we have a small contractual problem to work out... By the way, All Thumbs is now available in French. Actually, I'm fine with the English version of your works. It's more for practical reasons I wish your books could be found on amazon france because it would arrive much faster when I order them and also I know amazon france would refund me or send me another copy if it gets lost in shipping. The books of yours found on amazon.com are not really proposed by amazon.com but through the marketplace platform, so I may as well order directly through maple grove music productions. The "craft of the piano playing 2nd edition" book I ordered on amazon france arrived one working day later. The DVD I ordered via maple grove music productions has not yet arrived 8 days after it was shipped from Serbia. The 2nd edition is published by Scarecrow Press. They obviously have a better relationship with Amazon than we do... They are a much bigger company! I actually spent some time trying to wade through the wilderness of pages at Amazon to figure out how to get all of our products on there, not just through the marketplace platform, but it was beyond me...
